Background

Diversity and inclusion

The food and drink industry is the largest employer in Europe with a workforce of more than 4.6 million. So, it can and should lead the continent regarding diversity and inclusion.

A diverse and inclusive work culture is not just the right thing to do, it’s good for business too. In fact, diverse and inclusive companies generate up to 30 percent higher revenue per employee and greater profitability than their competitors as well as earn more trust and commitment from their employees.

We will soon publish our guidance on how to develop a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
