Mars has supported the project Youth Olympic Run from its very beginnings in 1994. One of its objectives is to educate and motivate disabled children to engage in physical activities as much as their abilities allow them and to act as a catalyst for helping members of the community join forces to bring positive developments in the area and also help build a sporting spirit amongst children. The Bielice Run, which promoted the Olympic spirit among youth, has a significant impact involving 2100 children and teenagers with at least 200 disabled children from the area of Sochaczew in Poland.
