The project focused on innovative food products. It started in 2014 and has been organized every year since. A competition was organized to award the “Prize of the President of PK ČR for the best innovative food product”.
The competition took place from 31 March to 31 August 2016 and food companies were invited to register their new or significantly improved products that have been launched on the market in the last 3 years.
The best innovative food products were:
1: Bread with low content of NaCl (mixture of NaCl and KCl)
2. Spreadable butter
3. Fruit-vegetable juices treated by high pressure
4. Gluten-free beer roll
5. Gluten-free bread without flour
