CEREALIS is a Portuguese food producer and milling company. In an effort to promote the daily consumption of vegetables with a single recipe, CEREALIS’ brand Milaneza has launched an innovative product called “Daisies with Vegetables”, which is rich in vegetables (including beet, pumpkin, spinach, tomatoes and carrots) and has been enriched with vitamin D.
As such, it contributes to addressing vitamin D deficiency in the Portuguese population. For this product, Milaneza received an Honourable Mention in the category of Product Innovation Category at the Portuguese Food and Nutrition Awards 2014.
