Paula joined FoodDrinkEurope in July 2026. She is responsible for leading regulatory work related to risk assessments and EFSA outputs. She supports different food safety dossiers across the working groups, including novel foods, acrylamide, Precautionary Allergen Labelling (PAL), and Biotech Act, among other files.
