Ricard Celorio i Sardà

Ricard joined FoodDrinkEurope in October 2023. He is responsible for regulatory policy on research and innovation and manages the secretariat of the European Technology Platform (ETP) ‘Food For Life’, as well as FoodDrinkEurope’s participation in a number of other EU-funded research projects and partnerships. Ricard was formerly Food Safety Manager working on policy issues in the areas of food science, novel foods and food allergens.
